Job Introduction
Our Vacancy
We are looking for a proactive and organised Property Compliance Coordinator to join our Contracts and Compliance Team. This is a pivotal role supporting our response to Awaab’s Law enquiries, helping ensure residents receive timely, high-quality service while maintaining compliance with legislative requirements. As a key point of contact for residents, colleagues and contractors, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver safe, well-maintained homes and an excellent customer experience.
What You'll Need
You'll have strong administrative experience, excellent organisational skills and a genuine commitment to customer service. We are looking for someone with confident communication skills who can manage a varied workload, build positive relationships with residents and colleagues, and maintain accurate records. A good standard of education, including GCSE English and Maths, along with experience using Microsoft Office applications, is essential. Experience handling customer enquiries, complaints, reports or compliance-related administration would be advantageous.
What You'll Do
In this varied role, you'll be the first point of contact for Awaab’s Law enquiries, coordinating customer communications, managing diaries and appointments, processing reports, and ensuring key actions are completed within required timescales. You'll support the wider Contracts and Compliance Team by maintaining accurate records, monitoring ongoing cases, liaising with contractors and stakeholders, and assisting with audits and performance reporting. Through your attention to detail and customer-focused approach, you'll help ensure compliance standards are met while delivering a responsive and professional service to residents.
